The southern Gold Coast needs a transport network that keeps pace with our growing population.

That is why I have launched Back the Track – a community campaign calling on the Federal Government to fund a detailed business case for extending heavy rail from Varsity Lakes to Gold Coast Airport.

The protected corridor would run alongside the M1 and help deliver better connections for commuters, airport workers, residents and visitors, while reducing pressure on our roads.
